QSYCON LLC. has an opening for a SAS SQL Analytics Consultant at our main office in Hoffman Estates, IL and resource might need to travel to client location as requested by client within U.S.A.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Validating code and strategy – (customer remediation). 
• Analytics team will base strategy and write code to make corrections. 
• QC checks, credibility challenge and fine gaps. 
• Create partnerships with remediation team. 
• Gathering information by utilizing strong communication skills. 
• Creating their own processes and systems (guidelines are already established, must be able to use judgements and make decisions). 
• Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs. 
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities. 
• Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise. 
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise. 
• Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Coding in SAS & SQL Skills – REQUIRED 
• Quality Control experience 
• Partnerships with teams, Gathering information, & Running Meetings 
• Backgrounds Combinations that may be successful: 
• Business Analysts (with SAS Coding) 
• Reporting Analysts (Analysis and summarizing) 
• Data Analytics

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field

Work Location & Physical Requirements:

• This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.  
• The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
