QSYCON LLC. has an opening for a Citrix ADC/NetScaler Consultant at our main office in Hoffman Estates, IL and resource might need to travel to client location as requested by client within U.S.A.  

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Audit current systems and networks help create recommendations and support and manage networks systems for end client 
• Provide hands on technical expertise and address current needs and issues for clients. 
• Ensure proper functions and services are provided and maintained 
• Install, Implement, Upgrade, and Maintain Datacenter Technologies 
• Maintain and patch and secure all datacenter related systems 
• Other duties as assigned

Experience & Knowledge: 

• Expert in Citrix NetScaler Load Balancing 
• Expert Firewall Engineer (prefer Fortinet or Cisco) 
• Intermediate Citrix XenApp Engineer 
• Intermediate Cisco Switching 
• 6+ years of overall IT and Network support experience 
• 5+ years of experience implementing and servicing networks for clients 
• Experience with auditing and recommending Network solutions 
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with managing and maintaining Fortinet Firewalls and 
• Cisco routers and switches. 

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field

Work Location & Physical Requirements:

• This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.  
• The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
